1- Events & Projects Administrator

MCREEE as Think-Do_Tank Center, a leading hub for exploring and shaping the future of clean energy, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Events & Projects Administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing essential support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Event Management: Manage logistics for conferences, workshops, and other events, including coordinating with vendors, speakers, and attendees .
  • Project Support: Assist with research and project tasks as assigned, including data analysis, report writing, and communication with collaborators .
  • Administrative Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including writing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
  • Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in  Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for clean energy and innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.
  • Shares our passion for clean energy and sustainable development.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in event management or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of the clean energy sector and hydrogen technologies.
  • Multilingual skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a  full-time position with an initial three-month period of paid internship. Based on performance and project needs, the position may transition to a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Research Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research projects across various clean energy domains. You will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Conducting comprehensive data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Drafting engaging and informative reports, white papers, and other research materials.
  • Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze existing research and identify emerging trends.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative ideas and solutions through creative thinking exercises.
  • Assisting with project management tasks, including literature reviews, data organization, and communication with stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as science, engineering, environmental studies.
